When I first saw the photos of everyone after their 21 Day Cleanse and/or 21 Day RIP, it inspired me. It wasn't until a friend of mine showed me her results that I truly started thinking about doing one of the programs myself. I talked to Bryen and he set me up with the 21 Day RIP program. I was a guy that ate fast food all the time, drank sodas at least 5 times a day and ate at all times of the night. I stayed in the gym but was not getting the results I wanted.

The first week of the 21 Day RIP program was brutal. I had to quit all of the bad dieting cold turkey which was the hardest part. But after the first week I started to see incredible changes in the mirror. I have told Bryen before that I don't usually use a scale because I think it's how you see yourself that truly matters. The mirror was my friend during all of this, and with people at the gym asking me what I was doing and how I was doing it, well, that didn't hurt either. I strongly recommend any of Bryen Pinkard's 21 Days Later programs, be it the 21 Day Cleanse and/or the 21 Day RIP, or just going to his bootcamp once in a while. I got a taste of that on "Save the Tatas Saturday" and will be attending whenever I can.

I've been working out muscles I never even knew I had! My goal was to tone up and Bryen put together an intense workout plan consisting of weight training, cardio, and abdominal exercises. I've worked out with several personal trainers in the past, but no one has given me the results or been on top of me like Bryen has!

What will I feel like during the 21 Day RIP?

Pain. Quite simply your body will feel extremely sore the first week. The second week, your body will adjust a bit, but will still be sore, just in a different way. The third week you will start getting adjusted to the workouts, but they will also be increasingly difficult.

Who is the typical type of person who buys and completes the 21 Day RIP?

The person who is in a rut or tired of their plan; the person who is not seeing any gains in their current plan; or the person who is looking for a challenge. Perfect for those ready to go on vacation or to look their best for an upcoming wedding or event. The 21 Day RIP is by no means for the beginner, and is currently the most difficult plan we offer.


 


Will I need a gym for the 21 Day RIP?

Yes, you will need a gym, or a place to exercise with a good amount of equipment.

So, what are the meals like?

They are done in a bodybuilding type format. Meals are broken down by workout and non-workout days.


 


I'm thirsty. How much water can I drink?

Drink as much as you'd like.

What about coffee?

Coffee is of course calories that you will need to incorporate into your plan. FOR THE BEST RESULTS... skip it.


 


I'm supposed to go out. What about alcohol?

FOR THE BEST RESULTS, pass on alcohol for the 21 days, or drink completely in moderation. I have told previous 21 Day RIP clients to try to limit their drinking to one night a week and to just have a couple of social drinks. Never drink to get drunk during the 21 days.

I have allergies. Can I still do the 21 Day RIP?

Contact us with any allergy concerns and for any substitutions that you may need prior to starting the plan. Expect a turnaround time of 24 - 48 hours for a response.


 


How do I redeem my Coupon Code?
